Mobikwik Enhances Leadership to Drive Product Innovation in Fintech
Mobikwik, a prominent fintech company headquartered in Gurugram, has announced two key promotions aimed at reinforcing its core commercial operations and expediting product innovation. The strategic moves come as Mobikwik seeks to enhance its position in the rapidly evolving digital payments landscape.
Saurabh Dwivedi Promoted to Chief Technology Officer
Saurabh Dwivedi, who joined Mobikwik in August 2023 as the Vice President of Engineering for the payments division, has been elevated to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Over the past two years, Dwivedi’s leadership has been instrumental in developing highly efficient engineering teams and improving the company’s infrastructure scalability, while also spearheading the creation of innovative products.
Extensive Experience in Technology Leadership
With more than two decades of experience in technology leadership, Dwivedi boasts a strong background in architecting and managing complex transactional platforms focused on consumer applications. Prior to Mobikwik, he served as the Vice President of Engineering at Makemytrip, where he significantly scaled the technical infrastructure of the travel platform. As CTO, he will lead engineering efforts across four key areas: payments, financial services, core platforms, and data management.
AI-Driven Growth Strategy
This year, Mobikwik has prioritized artificial intelligence (AI) as a cornerstone for its growth strategy. Under Dwivedi’s direction, the company aims to develop AI-assisted products designed to enhance customer engagement, streamline collections, and drive income growth. These initiatives are expected to further automate processes, improving overall operational efficiency.
