Emirates Health Services’s mission is to improve the management of ambulatory appointments and partly by developing advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to provide a real -time step analysis thanks to its “PAS solution on information “.

The development of this software was stimulated by the need to take up several challenges in the management of ambulatory meetings, which included prolonged waiting times on patients, high non-presentation rates, resource allowances and a lack of streaming of rationalized patients.

The Dr. Sara Alshaya, Director of the Data and Statistics Department of the EHS, will talk about the development of the software during a session called “Fototp Insights: a Healthcare Analytical Solution to optimize ambulatory care “Tuesday March 4 at 1:45 p.m. in Venetian, Level 5, Palazzo O, during the Himss25 World Conference in Las Vegas.

Alshaya cited a quantitative analysis of data showing prolonged waiting periods for nurses and doctors, especially during peak hours. That, she said, led to a decrease in productivity and dissatisfaction of patients, and feedback highlighted frustrations in patients and health professionals concerning the ineffective planning and overcrowding.

This is where the information on the pass arises, designed to take advantage of AI and the analysis of steps in real time to optimize the allocation of resources, reduce waiting times and improve the experiences of patients .

“This initiative aimed to stimulate improvements in operational efficiency through data -based decision -making, ultimately contributing to better results for patients and the overall health care provision,” said Alshaya.

The development of the initiative has followed a structured process, starting with the evaluation and planning with an in -depth assessment of existing outpatient management processes. Stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and data scientists, have identified key pain points, such as long waiting times, the use of resources and the ineffective flow of patients.

Measurable objectives and KPIs of results have been defined, data pipelines were established between the DSE and the analysis platform, and the data were cleaned for storage in EHS data. The pilot models helped refine the design.

Alshaya said that AI played a key role, “in particular to capture and analyze PAS data in real time, allowing health establishments to better understand patient movements, appointment flow and bottlenecks strangulation.

“The models also predict the volumes of the patients during peak hours, allowing a proactive allocation of resources to minimize overcrowding and sub-efficient problems,” she said.

PAS information has led to significant improvements in operational efficiency and waiting time reductions, which in turn has led to tangible advantages, including cost savings, increased productivity and better satisfaction of satisfaction of Patients, said Alshaya.

“The use by the project of EHS advanced analysis positions as a potential model for health care improvements focused on technology,” she said. “In addition, the adaptability of the system offers tracks to integrate future AI models and more sophisticated predictive tools, making it an evolutionary framework capable of supporting the strategic long -term health objectives.”

Alshaya said it hoped that participants include a more in -depth understanding of how data -based solutions can transform ambulatory care through the use of advanced analysis and AI.

“At the end of the session, they should feel inspired and equipped to plead and apply innovative technologies to stimulate continuous improvement in health services,” she said.

Dr. Sara Alshaya of Emirates Health Services Will Speak at The Session “Footstep Insights: A Healthcare Analytics Solution for Optimizing Outpatit Care” On Tuesday, March 4 at 1:45 PM in Venetian, Level 5, Palazzo o At the Himss25 Global Conference in Las Vegas.
