Google (Goog,, Googl) and servicenow (NOW) On Wednesday, announced its intention to bring the now servicenow platform to the Google cloud market, giving companies access to the suite of serviceNow services via the Google Cloud system.
This decision is based on the previous partnership of the duo and guarantees that customers ServiceNow will have access to the capacity of AI of the two companies to perform tasks related to customer relations management, security and needs in one place .
“We put together serviceNow Plus Google Cloud, and we deliver the full suite of the automation of the workflow of the servicenow platform and the Google Cloud platform),” said the CEO of ServiceNow, Bill McDermott, in Yahoo Finance.
“ServiceNow will be launched on the Google Cloud market and the Google distributed cloud to meet the demand of several billion dollars for private and public organizations.”
This decision means that servicenow users will be able to quickly access data via the ServiceNow and Google Cloud platform from a single place, as well as through specialized AI agents.
For example, ServiceNow indicates that it will give customers the possibility of accessing the dataNow data from Google’s workspace, which allows them to quickly import data into applications like Google Docs or Google Sheets.

According to the CEO of Google Cloud, Thomas Kurian, the team means that users will also be able to take advantage of the agentic AI that can reason on the servicenow and Google Cloud data.
The agentic AI is a form of AI that takes advantage of AI agents, which are a type of AI application which can perform several tasks automatically or with a user supervision.
“We believe that agentic AI is the key thing to unlock the real question about automation, productivity,” said Kurian.
According to Kurian, the partnership will help companies improve the hiring and development of employees by allowing human resources services to reference commercial development plans with the data they store in Google Cloud to better understand performance and employee growth.
