Daloopa Secures $13 Million in Strategic Investment for AI-Driven Financial Data Solutions
Daloopa, a Fintech firm specializing in leveraging AI for financial data infrastructure, has successfully raised $13 million in a latest funding round.
This strategic investment saw participation from both existing and new investors, prominently featuring Pavilion Capital. The influx of capital will enhance Daloopa’s capabilities and product offerings in the financial sector.
Comprehensive Financial Data Solutions
Daloopa offers structured financial data sourced from major research and investment teams globally, covering nearly 4,700 public companies. The company claims to deliver up to 10 times the data points per firm compared to its competitors. Each data point is meticulously linked to its original sources, including filings, footnotes, and transcriptions, ensuring exceptional auditability and transparency within financial data.
Expanding Product Capabilities
The recent funding will empower Daloopa to augment its product capabilities, enhance integration with leading language models (LLM), and facilitate additional AI research. These advancements will enable financial institutions to develop reliable and scalable AI-driven tools that cater to their evolving needs.
Tackling Data Quality Concerns
As financial institutions increasingly adopt generative AI technologies, concerns surrounding data quality, hallucinations, and unverifiable results emerge. Daloopa’s newly launched Model Context Protocol (MCP) directly addresses these challenges by linking LLMs to structured, trustworthy data. The MCP is LLM-agnostic, making it compatible with a variety of platforms, including GPT, Claude, OpenAI, and other customized models.
Transforming Financial Insights
Daloopa’s MCP is already in use across various hedge funds, banks, and businesses, facilitating the identification of quarterly financial trends and generating research reports with source traceability. The platform not only reduces the burden of manual data cleaning but also enhances audit readiness, paving the way for efficient internal AI adoption.
CEO Insights on the Future of Finance
Thomas Li, the CEO of Daloopa, stated: “We are entering an era where AI is no longer optional in finance, but precision and auditability are non-negotiable. We appreciate the confidence that Pavilion Capital has in Daloopa, enabling us to assist funds, banks, and companies in harnessing AI-powered data while maintaining data integrity as a fundamental requirement for any AI-driven research.”
