Overview of Capgemini’s Financial Performance
On February 13, 2026, Capgemini, the French IT services powerhouse, announced a remarkable surge in its annual revenue, surpassing its own targets. This growth reflects the company’s proactive strategies and recent acquisitions aimed at enhancing its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.
Fourth Quarter Achievements
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Capgemini reported a revenue increase of 3.4% at constant currencies, amounting to 22.47 billion euros (approximately $26.65 billion). This result outpaced the company’s earlier projections of a 2% to 2.5% growth rate. Notably, the Q4 sales witnessed a substantial leap of 10.6%, significantly bolstered by the integration of recent acquisitions, particularly WNS and Clou4C.
Boost in AI Bookings
Group CEO Aiman Ezzat highlighted the pivotal role of generative and agentic AI in the company’s growth, noting that these technologies accounted for over 10% of group bookings in the most recent quarter. This represents a marked increase from around 5% earlier in the year, indicating a strong momentum in AI-driven services.
Future Growth and Financial Forecasts
Looking ahead, Capgemini anticipates revenue growth of 6.5% to 8.5% at constant currencies for 2026. The company expects that approximately 4.5 to 5 percentage points of this growth will derive from acquisitions, predominantly stemming from WNS. Moreover, Capgemini estimates an increase in its operating profit margin to between 13.6% and 13.8%, compared to 13.3% in 2025.
Strategic Restructuring and AI Focus
As part of its long-term strategy, Capgemini plans to incur around 700 million euros in restructuring charges over the next two years, with the majority allocated for 2026. This initiative aims to realign its workforce with the growing demand for AI-based services, ensuring the company remains competitive in a rapidly changing market.
Capgemini’s Vision for AI Integration
Capgemini aims to position itself as a leader in enterprise-wide AI adoption. The company is committed to leveraging AI-driven transformation programs and intelligent operations to catalyze growth in the market. With its focus on AI and innovative solutions, Capgemini is poised to redefine the landscape of IT services and business process management.
