Aspire Partners with Antler to Empower Startup Founders

Singapore-based financial platform Aspire has formed a strategic partnership with Antler, aiming for a significant 2.3-fold increase in its startup client base by 2026. This collaboration seeks to equip startup founders with immediate access to Aspire’s robust financial infrastructure as they initiate operations in dynamic markets.

Remarkable Growth in the Startup Sector

Last year, Aspire reported an impressive 46% year-over-year growth among startups globally. The fintech platform has seen a surge in its startup activity, particularly within sectors such as artificial intelligence, which accounted for approximately 30% of new customer acquisitions. This growth trajectory aligns with funding trends, as AI startups attracted nearly half of the total venture capital funding in 2025.

Streamlining Financial Operations for Startups

“Partnering with Antler allows us to reach founders at the precise moment they are making critical infrastructure decisions. The momentum we’re witnessing reflects a growing recognition among founders that fragmented financial tools hinder progress. In a global landscape involving multiple currencies and multi-continent recruitment, a unified platform is essential,”

– Andrea Baronchelli, CEO and Co-founder of Aspire.

Increasing Demand for Integrated Financial Solutions

Aspire notes that its startup clients are processing 50% more annual payments compared to two years ago, despite tougher financing conditions. Moreover, new customers are executing 30% more foreign exchange transactions within their first 30 days on the platform, which speaks volumes about the increasing reliance on Aspire’s financial solutions for cross-border operations.

Antler’s Role in Accelerating Startup Growth

“At Antler, we position ourselves as the first institutional investor in hundreds of startups across Southeast Asia and Japan annually. Many of these startups aim for global outreach from the outset. The necessity for integrated systems to support cross-border operations becomes evident immediately as these teams expand their footprint.”

– Hiro Kiga, Partner at Antler Southeast Asia and Japan.

Expansion Plans Across Regions

The collaboration between Aspire and Antler is part of Aspire’s comprehensive strategy to bolster growth across the Asia Pacific, Europe, and the United States. This expansion is further supported by new regulatory licenses, market launches, and strategic partnerships aimed at enhancing the financial ecosystem for startups.

Conclusion

The partnership between Aspire and Antler highlights a commitment to nurturing the startup landscape, providing essential tools, and fostering growth in an increasingly competitive environment. By equipping founders with the necessary infrastructure and resources, both organizations are poised to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of fintech and entrepreneurship.
