Inauguration in Osogbo
During the inauguration of the new Vesti branch located in Osogbo, the capital of Osun State, co-founder and CEO Olusola Amusan emphasized that the company was founded four years ago with a mission to remove obstacles faced by immigrants pursuing education and other prospects abroad.
Expanding Global Reach
Amusan elaborated, “Our headquarters are in Dallas, Texas, and we have established offices in five countries, including Nigeria. We are committed to offering legal and financial services to 1 million immigrants globally.” This outreach underscores the company’s dedication to facilitating migration for education and work, aligning with the global trend of migration relief.

Co-founder Barrister Abimbola Amusan revealed that the hub actively supports migrants by aiding their transitions. “We have assisted hundreds of students and over 4,000 families in relocating to various countries. In 2025 alone, we granted loans amounting to ₦500 million, and collectively, our total reached ₦1 billion,” he noted. This financial assistance is vital for many who aspire to study overseas.
