Speak announced that Tokio Marine Holdings (TMHD) has adopted “JPort Match,” a tool to assist with public relations activities and candidate pooling, for global talent recruitment.

In today’s society, where it is difficult to predict the future, the management problems faced by companies operating globally are expected to become even more complex. At the same time, diversity within the workforce is essential to providing creative solutions to the various problems faced by customers around the world.

Background of the introduction of JPortMatch

TMHD used JPort Match on a trial basis last year, and through recruitment PR activities, they were able to create a very large candidate pool, which led to the hiring of excellent students.

This year, TMHD will roll out new graduate recruitment measures for three positions. Through JPort Match, the company will support the creation of a pipeline of talented international students studying at Japanese universities, helping to further accelerate the recruitment of global talent.

Reasons for choosing JPort Match

A career community for young foreign talents with high engagement and activity

JPort offers online learning content for students to help them in their job search, as well as a community site (JPort Journal) for former international students now working in Japan, and many international students very assets use JPort Match.

It is possible to create a pipeline of global talent that is difficult to reach through traditional methods.

90% of JPort Match users are international students studying at Japanese universities. More than 6,000 people from 146 countries use the service, with more than 42% of students at the N1 or N2 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) and an average TOEIC score of 802, showing that these students have great potential.

All recruitment information is available in English and Japanese.

Company presentations, job postings and other content can be created in English and Japanese, and the JPort Customer Success team will provide assistance. The admin screen also includes an automatic job translation tool, so you can publish content while easing the burden on your staff. Additionally, articles about young foreign employees and online events can be written in English and Japanese.
