Optimized customer experience and strengthened risk management: AI at the heart of Societe Generale’s strategy
Noémie Ellezam, the AI manager of the Société Générale group, highlighted the current use of AI to improve the customer experience, with 300 use cases in production, 25% of which directly aim to improve the customer experience.
