The financial regulator of Germany, Bafin, appointed a special anti-flary monitor (AML) to the Payone payment services provider, citing persistent weaknesses in its LMA systems and its compliance measures.
Payone, a company based in Frankfurt which is one of the fastest payment companies in Europe, must also increase its capital until it solves the identified gaps.
