American Banker’s Best Places to Work in Fintech program recognizes fintech companies that provide a positive and supportive work environment and benefits, according to their own employees.
This list aims to highlight companies that strive to provide a healthy work environment, that apply best practices in employee benefits and human resources management and are therefore places where job seekers job might want to inquire.
Eligibility
This program is open to organizations that provide products, services or technology solutions enabling the delivery of financial services, including challenger banks, core systems providers, data and analytics providers, personal financial management providers ( including robo-advisors), regtech companies (especially in financial services), payments and remittance providers, insurance companies, lending software companies, digital banking technology providers and blockchain technology companies.
Applicants must have at least 15 full- or part-time employees working in the United States and must have been in business for at least one year.
Businesses in some of these categories may be required to meet additional qualifications. In particular, companies that operate in generalized technology areas and generate only part of their business from financial services companies may be accepted or rejected based on their share of business and market share. employees dedicated specifically to supporting financial services companies.
Additionally, companies that wish to participate but do not fall into one of the disciplines listed above are encouraged to assert their eligibility by contacting penny.crosman@arizent.com. When it comes to technology departments within an organization (and with a broader function), please only interview employees in the financial technology department.
Deadline
Individual applications must be submitted by the deadline of Friday, December 6 at 11:59 p.m. ET to consider.
