FinTech platform Brickflow has extended its integration to agents and introducers, thanks to its intermediary users.
More recently, Brickflow software has been placed with major regional auction houses, allowing real estate buyers to model transactions and request financing directly from third-party websites. These partnerships were made through Brickflow customers, who use the technology to grow their own pipelines and businesses.
With built-in Brickflow technology, bidders can now search and request financing directly from their auction house’s website, creating a seamless experience from bidding to financing.
Partnerships have so far been established by Brickflow Enterprise user Brunel Bridging, which has joined forces with auction house and estate agent Hollis Morgan, and South West Business Finance (SWBF), in partnership with the Commissioner -auctioneer and commercial property specialist based in Bristol, Maggs & Allen.
As Brickflow Enterprise customers, intermediaries receive qualified leads from searches through auction house (or agent) websites, helping them easily expand their portfolio and gain a competitive advantage, while providing customers with access to financing in one seamless journey. .
Ian Humphreys, Managing Director of Brickflow, comments: “By simplifying access to CRE financing, we are opening the market to more borrowers and making it easier to finance property purchases. Our integrated financial technology allows intermediaries to leverage agreements with leading auction houses and agents, while accelerating the growth of their own businesses, supporting our mission to improve transparency, efficiency, connectivity and growth across the sector.
