Finastra helps to fill the knowledge lake in the trade financing industry with its new assistant fed by AI, Assist .i.
Built on architecture fueled by Microsoft Azure OpenAi Service, Assist.ai uses Microsoft Copilot technology to train and support the new staff. He does so by answering specific questions with contextual information. The objective is to stimulate the efficiency of employees by automating routine requests and by releasing time.
