BKN301 Group Secures €21.5 Million Funding for Global Expansion

London-based BKN301 Group, a prominent player in the fintech sector specializing in Bank as a Service (BaaS), has successfully raised €21.5 million in a Series B funding round. This capital will fuel the company’s international growth through strategic acquisitions and enhancements to its proprietary BaaS orchestration platform.

Investor Support for Innovative Fintech Solutions

Among the notable investors participating in this funding round were CDP Venture Capital SGR via the Digital Transition Fund, Azimut Libera Impresa SGR through the Azimut Digitech Fund under the auspices of FNDX, Simest (acting through the F.394/81 fund on behalf of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs), and Alizei Investors. Previous participants also included SM Capital, Prosus Group, Crif, and Avalona Group, along with notable investors Federico Ghizzoni and Fabio Nalucci.

CEO Highlights Growth Potential

Stiff Muccioli, Co-founder and CEO of BKN301 Group, expressed his excitement about the new funding, stating: “The addition of major investors alongside our existing supporters validates the strength and scalability of our business model. Closing a Series B funding round in today’s market is a significant milestone and signals the beginning of a new growth phase for us.“

Strategic Goals and Projections

“Our aim remains focused: to introduce a truly effective, scalable, and innovative BaaS model to global markets. With our new industrial plan, we anticipate a CAGR of 36% EBITDA by 2028, striving to offer cutting-edge payment solutions and financial services that are simple and efficient for more operators and their customers,” added Muccioli.

BKN301 Group: A Growing Fintech Leader

Established in 2021, BKN301 Group operates as a BaaS provider with offices in London, Milan, San Marino, and Doha. The company supports the financial sector through its BKN301 BaaS Orchestrateur platform, which offers essential banking services such as payment processing, digital wallets, card issuance, API integration, cross-border services, open banking, and AI capabilities, ensuring seamless interaction with third-party systems.

Expanding Presence in Global Markets

With its innovative and evolving business model, BKN301 is poised to serve traditional banks, fintech companies, and digital banking platforms, including blockchain and token services. The company is making significant strides in Europe following successful expansion efforts in Africa and the Middle East, now reaching 18 million daily customers in Egypt.

Confidence in BKN301’s Vision
