Mysa Secures $3.4 Million Funding to Enhance Fintech Solutions
Bangalore-based business-to-business fintech startup, Mysa, has successfully raised $3.4 million in its recent funding round. This financing was co-led by Blume Ventures and Piper Serica, with additional participation from Ikemori Ventures, Raise Financial Services, QED Innovation Labs, and existing investors like Antler, IIMA Ventures, and Neon Fund.
Previous Funding and Growth
Prior to this round, Mysa secured $2.8 million in seed funding from Blume Ventures and other investors in February 2025. The latest investment highlights the growing interest in fintech solutions tailored for mid-sized businesses in India.
Expanding Automation Capabilities
With the newly acquired funds, Mysa plans to enhance its automation capabilities and roll out additional banking products. These will include procurement tools, Unified Payments Interface-related expense management, and a corporate credit card, according to the company’s press release.
Innovative Fintech Solutions
Co-founded in 2023 by Arpita Kapoor and Mohit Rangaraju, Mysa offers a unified AI-powered platform designed to streamline business banking, expense management, and accounting automation. The platform is specifically targeted at mid-sized Indian businesses with revenues ranging from ₹10 crore to ₹300 crore, assisting them in managing accounts payable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Comprehensive Service Offerings
Mysa’s services include automation of accounts payable, invoice management, expense tracking, and integrated banking services through partnerships with banks such as Yes Bank. Features like Smart Scan facilitate automated invoice processing, expense categorization, and real-time reconciliation, making financial management more efficient for businesses.

The startup aims to simplify financial operations for founders and finance teams, providing a comprehensive alternative to using multiple disconnected tools. Mysa serves diverse industries, including fast commerce, manufacturing, hospitality, fintech, and real estate, with notable clients such as Dhan, Wint Wealth, Swish, DrinkPrime, and Material Depot.
Transaction Volumes and Banking Integrations
Mysa reports that it currently processes over ₹1,500 crore in annualized transaction volumes. The platform supports payment facilitation across more than 40,000 bank accounts and has established integrations with over 15 banks, including Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDFC First Bank, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank.
